Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product meets the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • The original packaging, labels, seals, and accessories must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

  • The return request must be approved by our customer service team before the product is sent back.

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Beauty & Personal Care Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics, skincare products, makeup, eyelashes, brushes, and other personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, used, tested, or if the original seal has been removed.

This policy helps ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If you receive:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or complimentary items

Refunds

Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is caused by an error from Makyaj Kuwaity, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Order Cancellation

Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty and personal care products cannot be exchanged.
